This is how I feel.
It never gets easier to say goodbye to Ken. I'm struggling through it, once again, because this time things were different. To have him right there physically with me for two days and then 1000 miles away the next day is really tough, and I also found the words to articulate my thoughts this time, which is an improvement. Sigh. This was a really challenging weekend to have before midterms. It was totally worth it, though, and I do not regret a single moment of it.
